Please note that when making a purchase through this website, you are entering into a transaction with Tebex Limited, our authorized Merchant of Record, and not directly with UZ Scripts. Tebex Limited holds the exclusive commercial license to distribute UZ Scripts products.

Authorized Distribution Channels

Unauthorized Distribution: Any software obtained through unauthorized channels, including but not limited to leaked copies, pirated versions, or third-party resellers, constitutes copyright infringement and voids all support entitlements and license rights.

Third-Party Payment Processing

All financial transactions are processed and managed by Tebex Limited, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Tebex Terms of Service and Tebex Privacy Policy, which govern all billing, payment processing, and transaction-related matters.

Refund Policy and Consumer Protection

Refund Eligibility and Process

Tebex Limited, as our designated Merchant of Record, maintains primary responsibility for all billing inquiries and refund processing. However, UZ Scripts, at its sole discretion and as a gesture of goodwill, may provide a four (4) day money-back guarantee for products that fail to perform as documented or expected. Extensions beyond this period may be granted solely at UZ Scripts' discretion where technical issues cannot be resolved through reasonable support efforts.

Refund Exclusions

UZ Scripts reserves the absolute right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Digital assets that have been transferred or downloaded
• Inability to provide adequate proof of purchase or verify transaction authenticity
• User error, including but not limited to wrong account usage, duplicate purchases, or unintended transactions
• Refusal to cooperate with technical support procedures or provide necessary troubleshooting information
• Violation of license terms or unauthorized use of the software

Dispute Resolution

All refund requests are processed as a courtesy service and remain subject to UZ Scripts' absolute discretion. For billing disputes or payment-related issues, customers may contact Tebex Limited directly through their official support channels. Please note that Tebex Limited does not guarantee refunds for digital products due to their intangible nature.

Technical Support Services

Support Availability and Access

Technical support is provided primarily through our official Discord server, with supplementary email support available for complex technical matters. Support services are exclusively available to verified customers who have obtained the appropriate Customer role designation following legitimate purchase verification.

Customer role assignment occurs automatically when Discord account linking is completed during the checkout process. Manual role verification may be requested through our official ticket system for customers who did not link accounts during purchase.

Support Terms and Conditions

Technical support is provided twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week to verified customers who have purchased software through authorized channels. Our multilingual support team provides round-the-clock technical assistance with multiple timezone coverage and an average response time of less than 2 hours. Continued Discord server membership is required to maintain support eligibility. Support services are not available for unauthorized copies, modified software, or products obtained through unofficial sources.

Conduct Policy and Enforcement

UZ Scripts maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive, disrespectful, or unprofessional conduct toward support staff. Violations may result in progressive disciplinary measures including temporary account restrictions, support privilege revocation, permanent server exclusion, and complete termination of support services. All software, documentation, assets, and related intellectual property provided by UZ Scripts are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The purchase of a license grants you specific usage rights as outlined in these terms, but does not convey ownership, transfer, or assignment of any intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

Authentic products include comprehensive documentation, verified customer support access, automatic update delivery, and warranty protection. Customers are advised to verify product authenticity before installation and report any suspected counterfeit software to our security team.
